Welcome to the new section of our stormwater website!  Take a look around the Media Room to download podcasts and videos, and look at the calendar to see what workshops and stormwater events are happening this month.

The interactive watershed map lets you report any flooding and illegal dumping that you've seen.  Just enter your street address, adjust the placement of the icon to be as accurate as possible, and then click on the check mark.  We follow up on every report and if you leave your contact info we'll get back to you as soon as we can.  Data like this will help us to find trends in flooding and illegal dumping so that we can best use our resources to protect our local watershed.

There is a rain barrel workshop coming up soon.  It is on June 18th at the Botanical Gardens from 6:00 to 8:30pm.  Participants bring a food-grade plastic drum or a plastic garbage can and we convert it into a rain barrel on the spot.  You must register in order to attend.  Call the Botanical Gardens at (706) 227-5369 to sign up, or you can register online here.
